Delivery

How are the delivery rates determined?

We determine shipping costs based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The cost will be specified before validation of your order. It is recommended that you combine your purchases into a single order to avoid multiple shipping charges.

We reserve the right to modify shipping fees if the items in the order are too bulky to be shipped in a single package. Of course, we will contact with you before making any changes.

Our goal is to ensure a swift delivery of your order. The shipping time (excluding delivery time) is generally between 1 and 3 working days.

Return and Refund

What are the return terms?

Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to decide whether you wish to return it. For the end-of-year holiday period, the return period is extended.

However, please note that the return costs will be at your expense. You will need to send the items by mail to the following address:

Please make sure the items you are returning are in their original packaging, with tags and all accessories, and in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.

To make a return, you can download a return label from our website, print it, and be sure to attach it with the items you are sending back

It is important to keep any return shipping proof until we have processed the refund.

How does the refund process work?

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the initial order, within 14 days.

Can we exchange one or more products?

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer service by email first.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

When receiving packages, if you notice signs of damage on the packaging, you have two options:

Refuse the package, which will then be returned directly to the sender.

Request availability at your post office so that you can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.

If a third party has accepted your package, you can fill out the Post Office contact form. A customer advisor will review your request and provide you with a response within 2 business days. In all cases, it is not possible to accept the package with reservations.

What to do if a defect is found on an item?

We make it a point of honor to ensure the quality of our products.

However, if despite our rigorous quality controls, a defect becomes apparent, we encourage you to notify us. Please follow the returns procedure and clearly state the reason for the return.

In case of confirmed defect on our part, we will be able to send you a new part(subject to availability in stock) or proceed with a refund.

Return and reshipment costs will be covered by our company.

What about customer information?

We exclusively hold the information collected on this site and take your privacy seriously. Your personal data will not, under any circumstances, be sold, exchanged, transferred, or provided to a third party without your consent, except in cases necessary to fulfill a request or process a transaction, such as shipping an order.
